The Business School Engagement Collaborative (BSEC) is a national nonprofit organization serving as a catalyst for advancing access, opportunity, and belonging within business education. We are committed to fostering collaboration, empowering a broad range of perspectives, and promoting inclusive excellence not only in business schools but across the broader global business community. We believe that true innovation and long-term success are driven by meaningful engagement and the representation of all voices.
BSEC was formed in 2022 with a mission of advancing access, opportunities, and belonging in higher education. Our nonprofit recognizes that a variety of perspectives is not only valuable but necessary to the success of business schools and businesses in general. We believe that policies that ensure access and opportunities improve the experience and outcomes for everyone.
The BSEC achieves its goals by hosting programs focusing on best practices, granting awards, and serving as a resource for educators and businesspeople interested in increasing opportunities for all.
Our hallmark event is an annual convening of business educators, leaders, and partners across the country to connect and share best practices and resources.
Membership in the Business School Engagement Collaborative is open to any business school in the U.S. and internationally.
